Security Testing Authorization

All security testing services (including VAPT engagements) described on this website are performed only under a signed Statement of Work with explicit written authorization from the client for the specific systems in scope. HexGuard Security does not perform any unauthorized testing of systems without the system owner's explicit written consent.

Engagement Terms

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, confidentiality obligations, and liability terms for any consulting or testing engagement are set out in a separate signed contract or Statement of Work between HexGuard Security and the client, which takes precedence over this general website Terms of Service for that engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexGuard Security is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a specific engagement is governed by that engagement's signed contract.
