Physical Hardware Products
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all physical hardware products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products that have been damaged, modified, or show excessive wear beyond what would result from reasonable inspection and testing will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Digital Products & Courses
For digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. For online courses, the refund request must be made before completing more than 30% of the course content. This policy is in place to prevent abuse while still giving you ample time to evaluate the course quality. To request a refund for a digital product or course, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund. We may ask for feedback to help improve our offerings.
Events & Village Registrations
For event and village registrations: - Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event date - 50% refunds are available 15-29 days before the event date - No refunds are available within 14 days of the event date However, we understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending. In such cases, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or request to apply your payment to a future event (subject to availability). Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make such arrangements.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
In cases of product defects, shipping damaged items, incorrect items, or other circumstances outside your control, our standard refund timeframes may be extended. Please contact customer support immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect product. For custom hardware orders or bulk purchases, different refund policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated during the ordering process. In the event of a canceled workshop or event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.
